Definitions

  • Participant: means a participant of Company courses, programmes, workshops, seminars, keynotes
  • Contractor: means a supplier of external products or services
  • Product: means a Company product or service supplied, including those chargeable, complimentary, digital, and physical
  • Bribery: means offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting something of value to influence a decision or gain an unfair advantage

Purpose

This policy outlines the Company’s commitment to preventing bribery and corruption in accordance with the UK Bribery Act 2010. The Company promotes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and requires all Staff, Clients, Participants, and Contractors to act with integrity in all business dealings.

  • Ensuring all Staff, Clients, Participants, and Contractors understand and comply with anti-bribery principles
  • Avoiding any form of facilitation payment, kickback, or unlawful gift

Responsibilities

The Managing Director is responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy. All Staff are required to remain vigilant and report any suspected bribery or corrupt activity. The Company expects Clients, Participants, and Contractors to act in accordance with this policy when working with the Company or using its Products.

Reporting Concerns

All Staff, Clients, Participants, and Contractors are encouraged to report concerns or suspicions of bribery. The Company will treat such reports seriously, investigate promptly, and take appropriate action.
