Situation

Playson Ltd approached Nicholas Hill Academy Ltd in 2019 with a sales enquiry. Playson is a gaming company located in Malta, boasting $47 million in revenue and 142 employees. Its operational and engineering offices are in Kyiv, Ukraine. The company was undergoing significant internal change, and the sponsors demanded a high ROI.
