Situation
Playson Ltd approached Nicholas Hill Academy Ltd in 2019 with a sales enquiry. Playson is a gaming company located in Malta, boasting $47 million in revenue and 142 employees. Its operational and engineering offices are in Kyiv, Ukraine. The company was undergoing significant internal change, and the sponsors demanded a high ROI. They wanted to decrease team attrition and lead their people through the transition.
Task
The company wanted to roll out a learning and development programme for all its senior managers, middle managers, and sales staff. The results needed to be immediately visible in the company's day-to-day operations, meaning all delegates were required to implement the course tools in their work to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency. Nicholas Hill Academy Ltd secured a 12-month contract, which the client renewed yearly from 2019 to 2023, and then switched to an ad hoc format due to the Ukraine-Russia war.
