We made this decision when we incorporated our company in 2008. Managers who seek ILM and CMI qualifications want the achievement to feature on their CVs if they lack credentials. The syllabus for these qualifications is strict and inflexible. Expect numerous PowerPoint slides, lectures, home assignments, and written assessments on these other courses. However, our clients book us to solve their prevailing workplace problems and to develop skills they can apply immediately. Hence, the ILM recognition is a bonus but not a reason to attend our training courses.

While we have a 28-year pedigree, we are an SME company managing a small remote team, for which Nicholas C. Hill FCMI FIoL FIC is the Managing Director.
