  • Participant: means a participant of Company courses, programmes, workshops, seminars, keynotes
  • Contractor: means a supplier of external products or services
  • Product:  means a Company product or service supplied, including those chargeable, complimentary, digital, and physical

Purpose

This policy outlines the Company’s commitment to delivering high-quality Products that consistently meet Client and Participant expectations. The Company defines quality as the reliable delivery of workplace-tested learning experiences that enhance skills, improve performance, and deliver measurable outcomes. The Company is committed to continual quality assurance, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational improvement.

Commitments

The Company is committed to the following:

  • Conduct diagnostic consultations to understand Client needs before Product development
  • Design tailored Products including 320+ ILM-recognised modules and frameworks
  • Deliver all training personally by a Certified Master Trainer with industry expertise
  • Gather and evaluate Participant feedback in nine performance categories
  • Guarantee skill development and provide post-course mentoring without additional cost
  • Operate a non-cancellation and non-overbooking policy to ensure reliability and trust
  • Continually review Product quality, satisfaction outcomes, and commercial impact

Review

This policy forms part of the Company’s continuous improvement model. It is reviewed regularly to ensure its relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices. Where appropriate, quality findings contribute to Product enhancements and service delivery improvements.
